After 15 years, we are leaving Metropole Zličín. Barber’s Wife continues where its heart is – in Rudná and Jinočany
After fifteen years at Metropole Zličín, we are closing a major chapter in Barber’s Wife's history.
These have been years full of haircuts, stories, and people who have grown up with us. But just as times change, so does our journey.
Five years ago, we moved some of our best barbers from Metropole to Rudná, where a team was born that we are still proud of today.
Today, you will meet Mike, Kačka, Radek, David, Terka, and Verča there—people who maintain the quality, style, and friendly atmosphere that makes Barber's Wife what it is.
After another five years, we decided to move the branch in Jinočany forward as well.
The original women's salon has been transformed into a full-fledged men's barbershop, which is open every day, complemented by a women's corner, open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
I am glad that our barber Jirka, who has been working in Jinočany and Zličín for a year now, is being joined by manager Eliška and the wonderful barber Anet, who are also moving from Zličín.
This preserves not only the quality, but also the team spirit that our clients know so well.
Why we decided to leave
Over the past ten years, costs in shopping centers have risen so much that it was no longer possible to maintain the same quality and at the same time fairly reward our team—without having to further increase our already high prices.
